وی اظهار داشت: ساخت و تكمیل 11 بیمارستان از طرحهای مهر ماندگار نیز در حوزه بهداشت و درمان در شهرهایی مانند باخرز، مشهد، گناباد، خلیل آباد و كلات در دست انجام است.

صلاحی با اشاره به طرحهای حوزه حمل و نقل جاده ای نیز گفت: در این حوزه حذف و اصلاح نقاط حادثه خیز در راههای استان با اولویت مسیرهای پررفت و آمد در قالب ساخت 50 تقاطع غیرهمسطح پیش بینی شده است.

'احمد صادقی گلمكانی' روز پنجشنبه در نشست شورای اداری استان سمنان افزود: بانك جهانی بر اساس آخرین آمارهایی كه اعلام كرده گفته است كه جمهوری اسلامی در تولید ناخالص داخلی رتبه دوم را در خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا و رتبه هفدهم را در بین 180 كشور جهان به خود اختصاص داده است.

وی ایران را كشوری ثروتمند معرفی كرد و گفت: این امر نشان می دهد ایران دارای ریشه اقتصادی و ظرفیت بالایی است.

وی گفت: صندوق بین المللی پول نیز در سال 2011 اعلام كرده بود تولید ناخالص داخلی ایران بر حسب برابری قدرت خرید به 930 میلیارد دلار افزایش یافته و این تایید كننده رتبه هفدهم ایران در جهان است.

وی با بیان اینكه در یك فاصله 30 ساله توانایی اقتصادی ایران هشت برابر شده است گفت: تولید ناخالص داخلی بر حسب قدرت خرید از 114 میلیارد دلار در سال 1980 به 930 میلیارد دلار در سال 2012 رسیده است.

صادقی گلمكانی افزود: ایران از ظرفیت بالایی برخوردار است و از نظر علمی نیز جوانان ایران در سال های اخیر در جهان شگفتی ساز شده اند.

وی با اشاره به هفت محور تحول اقتصادی در كشور از اصلاح و تقویت قانون گمرك ایران خبر داد و گفت: با اجرای این قانون طرح گمرك نوین در كشور اجرایی می شود.
